Congratulations to the second cohort of CYC scholars on graduating from PNC’s Urban Institute. The PNC Scholars program pairs mentees with bankers from PNC who serve as their mentors. The PNC mentors guide our young people in four areas: Mentorship, Group Career and Life skills, Financial literacy, and Job shadows/internships. At the heart of our program is a commitment to addressing the varying and evolving needs of our students, and equipping them with the tools and support necessary to overcome barriers and achieve their dreams.
