CYC's 9th United "FORE" Youth Golf Outing was a huge success!
CYC’s 9th United “FORE” Youth Golf Classic was another “ace” event! Over 100 friends joined us at Vineyard Golf Course on Tuesday, September 28th, to participate in the event, which raised nearly $40,000 for the vital programs and services provided by Cincinnati Youth Collaborative (CYC).
The beautiful day kicked off with words of inspiration from CYC Board Member Chuck Ackerman and Board Chair Jack Geiger. Chuck and Jack shared why CYC plays a crucial role in the community and how participants can continue to make a tremendous difference. The golfers then completed a full 18 holes of golf on the beautiful Vineyard Golf Course.
This year’s event was made possible thanks to our generous sponsors, including Honor Roll Sponsors Duke Realty and NorthPoint Development. Special thanks to our amazing volunteers from Citi for dedicating their time to our event and for their heart for our mission.
Special events like our United “FORE” Youth Golf Classic allow CYC to raise funds for a critical need in Cincinnati: programs for children and young adults who might otherwise never connect with positive adult advocates, resources, or opportunities. Programs truly prepare students for the next step on their continuing journey toward success in education, career, and life.
