That you for submitting a nomination for CYC’s Outstanding Student Award.  In order to complete the nomination, the student nominee must submit either a short 2-4 minute video, or 500-750 word essay, that answers the following prompts:

1. State your name and the school you are attending/attended as part of CYC.
2. If you have already graduated, describe how you are currently pursuing enrollment in higher education or training, enlistment in the military, or employment in the workforce.
3. Describe how has CYC made a positive impact on your education, career, or life decisions.
4. Describe why you believe this special person nominated you.

Please let your student know to expect an email from CYC with instructions on how to submit the video or essay. A copy of this email will also be sent to you as the nominator.  Please note that this is a competitive process and the use of AI could be detrimental to submissions.
